Walk-Talk Sessions Available
What is a Walk-Talk Coaching session? If you live locally, we can talk while walking outdoors, instead of sitting in person or on Zoom. I have always been able to process and think better/differently when moving and walking. Some clients feel more comfortable sharing when walking. The pace and length is determined by the client.
